What is a Cloud Server?

A Cloud Server is a fully unrestricted virtual environment with root or administrator level access. If you can run an application or service from a traditional operations server, you can run it from zesha Cloud Server.

What if I mess up my Cloud Server?

First things first, always take backups!

You can always reboot the server and restore from a backup (if available).

You can also boot into an emergency rescue mode and attempt to fix the problem - or reach out to our help desk for assistance.

Will you help me set up my software package?

It depends on your service request. For our cloud servers, you are soley responsible for installation and maintaining all software on your server.

If you are unable to configure or need some assistance, please contact our help desk to assess your requirement.

Do you provide DNS hosting?

DNS hosting depends on your requirements. You may opt to use, for example, the default DNS service provided within cPanel control panel.

Alternatively, you can have the DNS hosted outside the server - such as our web hosting packages or third-party DNS services.

How many domains can I host?

No limits! You are in control of everything within your cloud server using your control panel of choice.
