Yes, you'll need a domain name for your custom business email, such as you@yourbrand.com which you could purchase with your order.

If you already have a domain, we can use that for your subscription. Please reach out to our customer service team to discuss what will be needed to setup your account.

If your plan supports it, you can download Microsoft software and use it offline on your computer just like regular software.

You'll need internet to use Microsoft 365 online services, such as:

• Sending and receiving emails
• Synchronizing documents
• Using Teams for collaboration
• Using online versions of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

If your plan supports downloading offline applications, Internet will be required for the first time to download the installation, and license activation. It will also be required to update the software regularly.

However, it will not required for you to have internet to use the software offline. When you are offline, you wouldn't be able to send/receive emails or synchronize your files though.

You will not be able to cancel your subscription before the expiry date of your subscription as it is prepaid in advance and valid till the end of term.

Your data is yours. If you decide to cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription, you can download your data—for example, your email and documents on team sites—and save it to another location. You should save your data before you cancel. After you cancel your subscription, data associated with your Microsoft 365 account will be available to your administrator(s) in a limited-function account for 90 days.
